Own the Service Department including operations, performance, and people
Lead and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
Drive profitability across labor, parts, and warranty
Maximize technician productivity through smart scheduling and workflow
Recruit, train, coach, and hold your team accountable every day

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Manager:
5+ years managing a franchise automotive dealership service department is required
Verifiable performance numbers: labor gross, CSI, hours per RO, ELR
Experience in a high-volume, flat-rate environment
Deep knowledge of OEM warranty and repair operations
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
