Job description
We are a growing, employee-owned infrastructure services company based in Kansas City, and we're looking for a Service Manager who's ready to own a department — and grow with it.
New ownership partners came on board last year and have invested significantly in building a strong, people-first culture. Now, driven by increased demand and growth, we're hiring the leader who will take our service organization to the next level.
This is not a caretaker role. We want someone who will build the department, grow revenue, and be rewarded as they do. Compensation scales with the department's success.
