Our team is growing again and we are in need of a hard working individual to help manage the increase in sales volume! We are seeking an experienced finance professional who knows how to process financial transactions, but more importantly connect with our customers/clients; a true professional who can effectively communicate the benefits of various product warranties, special features and the benefits of other products that will enhance their purchasing experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contract new business, sell and close finance deals
- Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
- Contract or collect all money at closing
- Seek bank approval on financed deals
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
- Understand all programs and rate options available from lenders
- Sell service contracts in addition to other aftermarket items to customers to protect their investment
- Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life
- Must be able to build customer/client relationships by providing stellar communication and service
- Relate to all internal and external customers in a professional and tactful manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a F&I role or similar position
- Firm understanding of loan process
- Proven ability to effectively manage customer/client relationships
- Exceptional time management skills
