What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Lead, train, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive department profitability, efficiency, and productivity
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from check-in to delivery
- Monitor and improve KPIs, CSI scores, and overall performance metrics
- Maintain proper workflow, dispatching, and communication between departments
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to meet dealership goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dealership Service Manager experience required
- Ford experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume service operation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Professional, organized, and process-oriented
