Rochester Volkswagen is looking for a strong Service Manager to lead our fixed operations team.

This role is responsible for driving customer pay growth, team performance, and operational discipline. If you can lead people, hold standards, and improve results, this is a great opportunity.

Compensation

$90,000 – $150,000+ per year (salary + performance bonus)

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop service advisors and technicians
Drive CP hours/RO, ELR, and overall service gross
Ensure consistent use of Xtime (inspections, ASRs, media)Improve inspection %, ASR %, and close rate
Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiencyMaintain high CSI and customer retention
Control expenses and drive fixed absorption
