We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team at our Niantic location. This is an opportunity for a career-minded automotive professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about leading teams, building processes, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales department
Work the sales desk to structure deals and support the sales team
Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and process execution
Promote and enforce dealership sales and follow-up processes
Monitor inventory, pricing strategy, and gross objectives
Improve customer-to-dealer interactions both in-store and digitally
Foster a positive, solutions-first culture

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Integrity and transparency in all customer and employee interactions
A solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to drive performance while maintaining strong CSI
