Job Summary
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the drive to succeed in a performance-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle buying process, from initial contact to delivery
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Manage customer relationships and follow-ups using CRM software
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and present suitable vehicle options to clients
- Upsell additional products, services, and accessories
- Provide professional, high-quality customer service at all times
- Participate in dealership marketing events and community outreach
- Work closely with management to achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability to close deals and generate high income
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Background in B2B, retail, or high-ticket sales preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
