Automotive Sales Manager / F&I Manager (Leadership Opportunity)

We are a high‑volume, customer‑focused automotive dealership seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager or F&I Manager to join our leadership team.

About the Role
This position is designed for an established automotive leader who can:
- Contribute directly to deal flow and profitability
- Lead by example on the sales floor or in finance
- Coach and support sales consultants and/or F&I staff
- Partner closely with senior management to improve performance and customer experience
The specific focus (Sales or F&I) will align with your background and strengths.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Experience)
Sales Leadership Responsibilities
- Desk deals and support sales consultants through the full sales process
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and deal structure
- Drive strong CSI while maintaining gross and ethical standards
- Support daily sales operations and closing efforts
F&I Leadership Responsibilities
- Structure and present finance and insurance products to customers
- Maintain strong lender relationships (prime and subprime)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines
- Achieve monthly performance metrics including PVR, penetration, and funding accuracy
- Support and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow
