Job Overview
We’re seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales & Finance Manager to take on a hybrid role — leading front-end sales operations and handling back-end F&Iresponsibilities. You must be strong at closing deals on both sides of the transaction, with a proven track record in sales performance and finance product penetration.

Duties

Desk deals accurately and efficiently
Coach and train salespeople
Handle T.O.’s and close deals when needed
Drive positivity, high energy to sales floor and team.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Secure approvals with lenders and maintain compliance
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
Maximize dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
3+ years in automotive sales management and/or finance
Used car sales experience required
Prime & Sub Prime Lending a must
Exceptional closing ability (front-end & F&I)
Knowledge of DMS/CRM systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to hustle, lead under pressure, stay sharp, and execute
Punctual, Reliable, Organized and Team-oriented
Strong computer and phone skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
A clean driving record and valid driver's license
