Automotive Service Advisor — Early Shift | European & Import Specialist
Pay: $65,000 base + commission | $75K–$130K+ total potential
About the Role
Eurasian Auto Repair is a high-volume European, Asian, and Domestic specialist shop in San Antonio, averaging 85+ cars per week and $1,200 ARO.
This is a production role — built for advisors who already know how to run a desk, present diagnostics, and close repair recommendations with integrity.
Your Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Must be available by phone during office hours
What You'll Do
- Manage 20–25 active repair orders daily
- Present diagnostic and major repair recommendations
- Write estimates using Alldata, technician input, and your own experience
- Source parts and coordinate workflow with the tech team
- Follow up on declined work
- Maintain gross profit awareness on your desk
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
- 2+ years as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
- Ability to write your own estimates and manage your own desk independently
- Strong communication and follow-through
Nice to have:
- European or high-ARO shop experience
- Familiarity with Tekmetric
- ASE certifications
