Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:
Hours 7:30-5:30 Monday Through Friday Rotational Saturday's
- Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries
- Consult with customer on Maintenance / Repairs
- Consult with customer on applicable service specials
- Document all services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Must be involved with active delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
- Provide VIP support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
- Build strong relationships with the customers
- Maintain GM training with online course
Service Advisor - Job Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor Experience Preferred
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid in-state driver's license
