What This Role Looks Like
This position is responsible for desking deals, structuring profitable transactions, and helping the sales team close customers efficiently and professionally.
You will work directly with ownership and store leadership to execute—not reinvent—our proven sales process.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Structuring and desking deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Supporting sales staff in closing deals professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring all deals follow dealership process and compliance standards
- Working closely with F&I and sales leadership to maintain deal flow
- Monitoring deal profitability, lender programs, and inventory strategy
- Coaching salespeople on deal presentation and closing techniques
- Maintaining accountability and structure within the sales department
- Supporting CRM and lead-to-sale process discipline
- Helping drive consistent monthly performance without shortcuts

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years Automotive Desk Manager or Sales Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of deal structure and lender programs
- Proven ability to close deals and support sales teams
- Experience working within CRM-driven processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Stable work history preferred (we value long-term commitment)
