Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our luxury automotive dealership in the Charlotte, NC area. This role is ideal for a proven F&I professional who understands the expectations of luxury clientele and excels at delivering a transparent, compliant, and high-end purchase experience.
What You’ll Do
- Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products in a professional, ethical, and customer-first manner
- Structure automotive finance and lease deals to maximize profitability while maintaining lender and manufacturer compliance
- Work closely with lenders to secure competitive terms for clients
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers
- Collaborate with Sales Management to optimize deal flow and customer satisfaction
- Deliver a luxury-level experience that aligns with brand standards and guest expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of F&I management experience, preferably with a luxury or premium automotive brand
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance regulations, compliance, and best practices
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
