Holmes Motors is a Lease Here Pay Here powerhouse with locations across Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. No banks. No credit checks. No slowing down. We own our inventory, we finance in-house, and we say YES when everyone else says no. While other dealers are pulling back, we’re expanding — and our Birmingham store needs hungry salespeople to keep up with the growth.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a sit-around-and-wait-for-ups kind of job. We give you a massive lead flow AND we want you building your own traffic on social media. You’ll be the face of Holmes Motors on your feeds — creating content, generating buzz, and turning followers into buyers. The salespeople who win here treat this like their own business, and their paychecks reflect it.

What You’ll Do Every Day

Work a high volume of warm leads daily through our CRM — calls, texts, and follow-ups that actually close
Create short-form video content: vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries, day-in-the-life posts, and promotions
Build your personal brand on social media — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok — and turn engagement into appointments
Walk customers through our in-house financing program (no credit check — this is a layup pitch)
Be on the lot, on camera, and on your game — energy matters here
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Collaborate with your team and management to maximize every opportunity
Stay coachable — we invest in training and expect you to level up

Who You Are

2+ years of automotive sales experience — you’ve been on the floor and you know how to close
Confident on camera and active on social media — you already post, we just want you to get paid for it
Self-motivated: you generate your own traffic, not just wait for the phone to ring
Strong communicator who can connect with anyone who walks on the lot
Hungry — you’re not here for a participation trophy, you’re here to earn
Reliable, professional, and ready to show up every day with energy
Valid driver’s license required
