A high-performing, growth-driven automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a fixed operations team focused on profitability, customer retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of fixed operations / service department management
- Drive service revenue growth, gross profit, and departmental KPIs
- Monitor and improve technician efficiency, productivity, and proficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer experience (CSI) and retention strategies
- Oversee service advisors, dispatch, and shop workflow optimization
- Implement process improvements, compliance, and OEM standards
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive service manager experience (high-volume dealership preferred)
- Proven success in increasing service absorption, RO growth, and net profit
- Strong understanding of fixed ops metrics, KPIs, and performance management
- Experience with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead top-performing teams and drive accountability
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
