Lee Ford of Wilson is hiring experienced automotive salespeople. We’re a family-owned Ford dealership that’s been part of Wilson, NC since 1953 — and we just opened a new commercial service facility with commercial inventory in stock. That means real fleet and work-truck opportunity for sales professionals who know how to build B2B relationships, on top of a healthy retail floor.

The schedule (no 6-day weeks)
5-day work week. The dealership is open Monday–Friday 9 AM–7 PM and Saturday 9 AM–5 PM, and we build every salesperson’s schedule around 5 days — no 6-day grinds, no rotating chaos.
What we’re looking for
- Automotive sales experience preferred. If you’ve sold cars before, you’ll ramp fast here — our floor is structured to let experienced reps get to deals quickly.
- B2B / fleet background is a real lane. With our new commercial facility and commercial inventory in stock, anyone with fleet sales experience, work-truck knowledge, or existing relationships with Eastern NC businesses has significant upside.
- Strong communication across phone, text, email, and in person — modern car buyers move across all four.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital retailing.
- Professional appearance, valid driver’s license, clean enough driving record to demo vehicles.
