The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role plays a key part in recruiting, training, and coaching sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.

What You’ll Do

Help build, grow, and develop a top-performing sales team
Help recruit, train, and coach sales professionals
Order and manage an inventory of GMC vehicles
Price vehicles to market, and turn inventory quickly and profitably
Monitor inventory feeds to websites and other listing sites to ensure accuracy
Assist sales associates in assisting customers through the selection, buying, and delivery process
Work cohesively with other Sales Managers, Finance Managers, Service Managers and Parts Managers in assisting customers with their need
Bring in new business, through prospecting, owner follow-up, and referrals, and assist sales associates in doing the same, to ensure their success

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years in retail automotive
Success in retail automotive sales
Sales Management or F&I experience preferred
Experience with General Motors products is beneficial
Proven ability to lead others and work harmoniously with a team
Ability to teach, train, coach, and inspire others to excel and develop into future leaders themselves
