Job Description:

As a Service Advisor at Mt. Kisco Honda, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repairs. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and facilitating a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document their vehicle issues. Provide information on recommended services and repairs.

Service Recommendations: Collaborate with the service technicians to identify necessary repairs and maintenance. Make service recommendations based on the vehicle's condition and customer input.

Estimates: Provide customers with estimates for the cost of services and repairs. Explain the scope of work, potential options, and any warranty coverage.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.

Communication: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service or repair. Notify them of any additional work required.

Billing: Prepare and explain invoices to customers upon completion of service or repairs. Process payments and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Quality Control: Perform quality control checks to verify that all work has been completed to the highest standards.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service department is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes.
Basic computer skills for invoicing and scheduling.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
