Position: Service Advisor

SUMMARY
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will own our customers experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Automotive Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greet all customers promptly; provide timely professional service
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
- Contact customers to remind them of service appointments and/or when scheduled maintenance is due
- Identify repeat customers/first time customer and treats them accordingly
- Estimate cost and completion time/settle customer accounts
- Communicate with customer about status of work
- Coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time
- Obtain the customer’s written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales.
- Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, and pricing accuracy, and legibility
- Document repair order changes
- Review service repairs and their associated charges to ensure accuracy
- Meet or exceed goals for add-on sales
- Deliver the right car in perfect condition every time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
