Position: Sales Professional (Fit Specialist)

This is not transactional retail. This is performance-based, relationship-driven sales.

As a Harley-Davidson Fit Specialist, your role is to guide customers into the right motorcycle and lifestyle fit, while driving revenue and delivering a world-class experience.

What You’ll Do

Identify customer needs and match them with the right motorcycle and ownership experience
Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
Generate and manage leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Execute outbound prospecting: calls, texts, email, and personalized video outreach
Participate in dealership events, rides, and promotions to drive engagement and traffic
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (powersports, automotive, or high-ticket retail preferred)
Strong closer mentality with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
High-level communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with an ownership mindset
Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is a plus
Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred
