Johnny K's Powersports is currently looking for an experienced Parts Manager. The successful candidate will have proven managerial experience in a parts department. Prior experience essential preferably in a powersports or car dealership environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:

---Tuesday - Friday: 9am-6pm

---Saturday: 10am-4pm

---Sunday & Monday: OFF

Job Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed the dealership monthly sales goals
Manage and motivate the parts team in order to meet monthly sales goals
Participate in marketing and advertising campaigns to provide effective outreach to the public
Cashier and process credit card transactions and produce reports on a daily basis
Guide customers with product knowledge to help them make educated decisions about their purchase
Properly fit customers with helmets, gloves, jackets, and all other riding gear available
Use a web-based Parts Finder to assist customers with what they need for their vehicle
Order and pick parts for our service department so they can complete repair and maintenance orders
Maintain current inventory and put new inventory where it belongs
Answer phones and general customer assistance
Partner with other departments to ensure a positive relationship with the customer is maintained
Follow up with timely responses to customer inquiries
Identify areas of potential process improvement and provide constructive input
