Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up communications, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits effectively, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and fostering positive relationships throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automotive products and dealership operations.
- Demonstrated skills in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to connect with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate deal calculations.
- Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is a plus; dealership experience is preferred.
- Ability to excel in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and public speaking engagements to promote our vehicles confidently.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive retailing and customer engagement practices.
