Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lot Porter to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Safely move and park vehicles in designated parking areas using manual transmission or automatic vehicles
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals, departures, and inquiries, providing friendly and professional guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring vehicles are presentable and accessible at all times
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage or discrepancies upon arrival or departure
- Support dealership staff with delivery driver responsibilities when needed, including transporting vehicles or parts
- Handle cash transactions accurately during cashiering duties related to vehicle sales or rentals
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle movements and address questions or concerns
Experience
- Previous experience in dealership operations, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license with manual transmission experience highly desirable
- Experience in customer service roles that involve direct guest interaction
- Familiarity with cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions with guests and team members
- Delivery driver experience or familiarity with parking regulations is advantageous
