We are looking for a Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing customer service, responding to inquiries, and providing support to sales staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities:
Representatives Will Be Responsible for the Following:
- Executing inbound/outbound dials and following up with customers. This includes Internet leads as well
- Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, with authenticity and accuracy
- Possessing knowledge of the services and dealership promotions
- Setting appointments to drive traffic into the dealership
- Logging customer information
- Confirming existing appointments and rescheduling missed appointment
Qualifications :
- Automotive BDC experience is A MUST
- Upbeat, high energy and persuasive in nature
- Task and process-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable following scripts
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Talking on the phone and answering our customers’ questions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willingness to obtain product knowledge, a positive attitude, and great organizational skills.
- The ability to multi-task, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers.
