Dyer Collision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collision Estimator to join our team. We are looking for someone adept at working with customers, technicians, and insurance companies to deliver accurate and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and estimate the cost of repairs needed after a vehicle has been in an accident
- Work closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians to ensure that all necessary repairs are identified and accurately priced
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and answer any questions they may have
- Review and negotiate repair estimates with insurance adjusters
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all estimates and repairs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Collision Estimator or related role
- Strong understanding of automotive anatomy and mechanics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency with computer software such as CCC One and Mitchell
