Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles using manual transmission vehicles in parking facilities.
- Provide friendly, attentive guest service by greeting residents warmly and assisting with vehicle needs.
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding vehicle procedures, directions, or special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries, exits, and any special instructions or notes.
- Ensure the security of parked vehicles by monitoring the lot and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Assist with general cleanliness and organization of the valet area to uphold a professional appearance.
Experience
- Previous experience in Valet services and customer service roles preferred.
- Driving experience with manual transmission vehicles required; dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse resident base.
