The Automotive Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales department which includes: sales performance results, employee supervision and training,helping with customer follow up, appointment setting and customer satisfaction in the sales department. Automotive Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications :
At least 1 year of Automotive Management Experience , Finance background is a plus
Strong computer skills as specifically pertains to the automotive digital programs
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Strong Closing skills
Proven track record of successful Management
Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor
Valid Texas Driver’s License
