Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the online sales pipeline by identifying new prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Lead high-end automotive sales efforts by engaging with potential buyers via phone, chat, and email, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions.
- Negotiate deals effectively with B2B clients and retail customers to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update lead statuses, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online visibility, including social media campaigns and targeted advertising.
- Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure availability of high-demand vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and offering upselling opportunities to enhance sales value.
- Conduct public speaking engagements or virtual presentations to showcase vehicle features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes, improve organizational efficiency, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or complex deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Previous dealership experience or background in automobile sales will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities can help expand market reach.
- Demonstrated ability in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for effective deal closing.
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to digital advertising and social media outreach is desirable.
