The Automotive Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales department which includes: sales performance results, employee supervision and training,helping with customer follow up, appointment setting and customer satisfaction in the sales department. The Automotive Assistant Sales Manager must have personal ambition and a strong work ethic. Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Job Requirements :Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs Maintains high customer satisfaction, Assists sales team with processing or completing sales Trains and Supervises sales team Sets schedules and motivates sales team Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies Attends manager meetings

Automotive Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications :

At least 1 year of Automotive Management Experience , Finance background is a plus

Strong computer skills as specifically pertains to the automotive digital programs

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Strong Closing skills

Proven track record of successful Management

Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor

Valid Texas Driver’s License
