WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Dealership Sales Manager
- F & I experience
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner
- Driven and willing to learn quickly
- Reliable, dependable, and honest
- Proficient with technology (computers, cell phones, Excel, online scheduling)
- Excellent verbal and written communication (phone calls, emails, texts)
- Innovative and energetic
- Demonstrates leadership qualities through stellar contribution, efficiency, and professionalism
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Talking customers through the sales process and closing the deal
- Making follow-up phone calls and customer care
- Answering phone calls and setting up appointments
- Maintaining a satisfied customer base with exceptional customer service
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Presenting data points, updates, and improvements at company meetings
- Willing to grow and handle a fast pace environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Must be enthusiastic and energetic
- Must be a team player with a cooperative work ethic
- Must be humble and able to recover from mistakes
- Must contribute positively to company morale
- Able to work full-time
- Bi-lingual is a plus
