About the Role
Leo's Auto Insurance is one of the fastest-growing independent auto insurance agencies in the DFW area, with multiple retail locations across the Metroplex. We're looking for a driven, people-first District Sales Manager to lead a group of agency locations, develop high-performing teams, and consistently deliver on sales goals.
As a DSM, you'll report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and serve as the key link between company strategy and branch-level execution. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, loves coaching, and knows how to build a culture of accountability.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across 4–6 agency locations within your district
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage Branch Managers and sales agents
- Conduct regular agency walkthroughs and observations to ensure service and compliance standards
- Drive new business policy count, premium growth, and agency fee performance against monthly goals
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires at your branch locations
- Review agency production data and deliver actionable feedback in weekly check-ins
- Partner with the RSM to build district-level strategies, address performance gaps, employee retention and team development.
- Ensure proper use of agency tools
- Maintain a positive, high-energy office culture focused on growth and customer service
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales management or team leadership experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Texas P&C license (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong coaching instincts — you know how to get the best out of different types of people
- Comfortable with data: able to read production reports and translate numbers into action
- Experience with (CRM/Quoting Portal Systems) insurance platforms is a plus
- Reliable transportation — this role requires regular travel across your district locations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
