Sky Auto Repair is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a motivated professional who understands automotive repair, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively convert inspections and recommendations into approved repair work.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Build and present repair estimates
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly and professionally
- Follow up on declined work and pending estimates
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians and management
- Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into appointments
- Help maximize labor sales and shop productivity
Requirements
Required
- Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable discussing repairs with customers
- Experience writing estimates and selling automotive repair services
- Proven ability to generate sales and close repair recommendations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Tekmetric experience
- ASE Service Consultant Certification
- High-volume repair shop experience
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Compensation
- $2,500 Monthly Base Salary
- Performance-Based Commission Structure
- Expected earnings of $72,000 to $120,000+ annually
- No cap on earnings
