Hiring: Dealership Manager / Sales Lead – Go On Auto Group (Tampa, FL)
Base salary: $750 Commission: $250 per car sold

Go On Auto Group is a newly launched dealership in Tampa with a big vision: to disrupt the used car industry by specializing in electric and hybrid vehicles. We're looking for a highly motivated Dealership Manager / Sales Lead who brings experience, leadership, and a strong customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day dealership operations (inventory, reconditioning, marketing, customer experience)
- Sell EVs and hybrid vehicles — with full support and incoming leads
- Coordinate online listings and digital presence (CarGurus, Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Assist in launching and growing our sales strategy from scratch
- Work directly with ownership to scale the brand
- Help build a small, high-performance team over time
What We’re Looking For
- Prior dealership or automotive sales experience (1–3 years minimum)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – this is a mandatory requirement
- Familiarity with used car operations: appraisals, pricing, paperwork, test drives
- Comfortable managing both sales and basic operational tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially with customers
- Self-starter mindset — we’re just getting started, and we need someone hungry
- Bonus: experience selling electric or hybrid vehicles or a genuine interest in sustainability
Compensation
- Base salary: $750 Commission: $250 per car sold
- Incentives/commission structure to be developed together as we grow
- Future opportunities to grow into a leadership role and overseeing multiple locations.
