We are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager (F&I) to join the team at Subaru of Kennesaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Structure, present, and finalize automotive finance and lease transactions
- Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and other protection products
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate financing solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and lender requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate and complete deal documentation
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused F&I experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager/F&I Manager
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and F&I products
- Knowledge of compliance and lending regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment
- A track record of integrity and ethical business practices
