Experienced Sales Professional - Automotive Dealership
Friendly Ford of Crosby, in Houston, TX is looking for Experienced Sales Associates to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals with the drive to succeed.
We are a family (and Veteran) owned dealership that has been in business for over 20 years, with a fantastic reputation for customer service!! Responsibilities:
- Making outbound phones calls to prospective and existing customers, with a willingness to accept and follow continuous phone training
- Following up with prospective and existing customers
- Follow up with customers via videos, email, text, and calls on information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
- Complete daily tasks and keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
- Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge
- Spending time with customers to determine their needs
- Taking customers on test drives while demonstrating vehicle features
- Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle
- Completing quotes and explaining finance options
- Complete daily work activities
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bilingual a plus!!!

- Team oriented
- Proven track record of computer proficiency using video and AI CRM
- 3 Years Previous Automotive Internet Sales Experience
