This is a targeted search for a proven Sales Manager operating at an elite level here in Southern California.

No relocation. No exceptions.

We are building leadership with market knowledge, local relationships, and immediate impact.

READ THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU APPLY!

If you:

Need time to learn the desk
Depend on volume but can’t hold gross
Avoid accountability or daily performance management
Don’t actively train and develop your team

Do not apply. This role will expose that quickly.

Operate from a flagship facility
Represent Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter & Maybach

We are not looking for someone to “manage” this.

We are looking for someone who knows how to convert it into gross and volume immediately.

WHO WE ARE ACTUALLY HIRING:

A closer at the desk, not a coordinator
A hands-on leader in the showroom every day
Someone who can drive urgency, structure deals, and maximize front & back-end gross
A leader who builds accountability, culture, and performance
