WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome customers and create a positive, professional dealership experience.
Build relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budgets.
Present vehicles, explain features and benefits, and help customers find the right fit.
Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to the dealership's success.
Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business and referrals.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-first mindset and a professional attitude.
Motivation to achieve goals and maximize earning potential.
A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
Dependability, a strong work ethic, and excellent follow-through.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
