Experience
- Prior experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed are key
- Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end passenger car sales will be advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems (technically supported) and inventory control processes enhances candidacy
- Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to manage a robust sales pipeline effectively
- Experience in upselling, deal closing, and achieving sales targets within a dealership or automotive setting is highly valued
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service experience are essential for success in this role

Pay: $42,889.40 - $103,694.76 per year
