Position Overview
Golf Car Superstore is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Golf Cart Sales Associate to join our Scottsdale location.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will help customers find the golf cart or low-speed vehicle that best fits their lifestyle, needs, and budget while providing a professional and enjoyable buying experience.
Golf cart or automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has the personality, work ethic, and desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend appropriate golf carts, low-speed vehicles, accessories, and services.
- Demonstrate golf carts and explain features, options, performance, and available upgrades.
- Build relationships with customers and follow up with leads and previous customers.
- Respond to phone calls, internet inquiries, walk-ins, and other sales leads.
- Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and purchase paperwork.
- Work with customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the dealership management system.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, pricing, financing options, accessories, and product features.
- Assist with maintaining an attractive, clean, and organized showroom and sales lot.
- Take photographs and assist with online inventory listings and social media marketing when needed.
- Coordinate with service, parts, accounting, and delivery departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future service or accessory opportunities.
- Meet individual and company sales goals.
Qualifications
Required:

- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, email, and basic sales software.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Previous automotive, powersports, RV, golf cart, or recreational vehicle sales experience.
- Previous dealership experience.
- Experience with Lightspeed DMS or similar dealership software.
- Knowledge of golf carts and electric vehicles.
- Experience with financing and closing sales.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour + Commission
Our compensation structure provides the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through sales performance.
