As a Product Specialist, you’ll guide customers through our extensive lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles to uncover their unique needs, deliver immersive demonstrations and test drives that highlight advanced features and performance, and ensure every buyer leaves confident by clearly explaining warranty coverage, operational features, and available accessories.

Responsibilities – Product Specialist:
-
Help customers select and purchase vehicles.
-
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding each customer’s vehicle needs through thoughtful questions and active listening
-
Demonstrate features and conduct test drives on new and used vehicles
-
Ensure customers fully understand vehicle features, warranty coverage, and paperwork during vehicle delivery to build lasting loyalty
-
Maintain proactive follow-up with owners to drive repeat and referral business

Stay current on new Ford products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers

Set and pursue personal income goals in line with dealership standards of productivity

Report regularly to the General Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analyses

Review and refine daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to optimize time management and sales effectiveness

Master automotive terminology and keep pace with technological advances in Ford vehicles
Qualifications/Requirements – Product Specialist:
-
Prior dealership experience or automotive sales background preferred, but not required

Proven ability in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to effectively manage time and follow up with leads consistently

Exceptional communication and customer service skills in English; bilingual Spanish, Polish, or Ukrainian a HUGE PLUS

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
