We have plans to open several new stores nationwide in the upcoming months and are looking for talented candidate so make this growth possible. Currently, we are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Regional Manager. A qualified individual will be expected to:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of multiple dealerships
- Ensure company values and standards are maintained by each dealership
- Achieve sales volume and profitability objectives
- Effectively manage and control dealership expenses
- Participate in the ongoing training of RightWay processes
- Be well versed and able to perform every dealership position
- Recruit, identify, hire, and develop talented manager candidates
- Assist managers in recruiting and training sales consultants
- Proactively manage creative advertising campaigns for each dealership
- Help dealership in the funding of difficult deals
- Develop and enhance customer relationships by embracing our mission of: “Creating an experience for which the customer returns to do business with us again.”
