About This Role
High-volume Ford dealership (250-300+ units/month) seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operations. If you have a proven track record driving results at a busy store, this is your opportunity to join a winning team with unlimited earning potential.

Your Responsibilities
- · Partner with GM to develop and execute sales strategies in the pre-owned depatment
- · Lead and develop sales team to exceed monthly targets
- · Manage used vehicle sales operations
- · Oversee used car acquisition and inventory
- · Structure and close deals
- · Drive CSI performance and customer satisfaction
- · Train and mentor sales consultants
What You Need
- · 5+ years automotive sales management experience
- · Proven success at high-volume dealership (250+ units/month preferred)
- · VAuto/Provision expert (required)
- · VIN Solutions CRM experience (required)
- · Strong closing and deal structuring skills
- · Domestic brand experience (Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Lincoln) a plus
- · Excellent leadership and communication abilities
