Philly Auto is a Franchise store car that is part of the Northeast Auto Holdings Group. The group has 2 new car stores (Kia and Chevy) and 2 established Luxury stores. The dealership is located in the high traffic area of Philadelphia.
Philly Auto is one of Philadelphia’s highest-traffic independent dealerships, known for our inventory, prices, and service. We’re looking for a BDC / Call Center Manager who knows how to turn phone calls into appointments, follow up with unsold leads, and help manage the showroom flow.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and train a small team of BDC reps
- Respond to all inbound calls, internet leads, and appointment requests
- Set appointments and maximize show rates
- Follow up with no-shows and unsold showroom traffic
- Organize showroom activity and assist with customer handoffs
- Monitor CRM activity and ensure every lead gets proper follow-up
- Report performance metrics and opportunities to sales leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in a dealership BDC or automotive call center
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent phone and written communication
- Strong organizational skills – you’ll own the follow-up process
- Experience with CRMs like DealerSocket, VinSolutions, or Elead
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
