Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the service department
- Drive revenue growth and improve gross profit
- Establish strong processes, accountability, and structure
- Maintain visible leadership on the service drive and in the shop
- Recruit, coach, and develop advisors and technicians
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and departmental performance
