F&I Manager – Automotive Dealership
A well‑established, high‑volume automotive dealership in the Metro Detroit area is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our leadership team. We’re looking for a polished, motivated professional with a strong background in dealership operations and customer finance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm, professional experience for every customer.
- Present protection products clearly and confidently while focusing on customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options.
- Submit deals electronically through dealership systems and maintain complete, accurate documentation.
- Ensure all contracts meet lender, state, and internal requirements.
- Track and follow up on receivables and funding.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support accurate, timely deal flow.
- Participate in daily/weekly sales and operational meetings.
- Support sales floor engagement during high‑traffic periods.
- Obtain all required licensing within 90 days.
Required Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Previous dealership experience (required)
- Automotive retail sales experience (required)
- At least 1–2 years of Automotive F&I experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of lender processes, product presentation, and deal structure
- Ability to read and understand automotive contracts and compliance requirements
- Experience using dealership management systems (DMS)

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
