Island Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with expertise in CRM software and project management. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring our services meet market demands.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business objectives.
Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.
Oversee project management tasks related to new business initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of services.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
