Experienced New Car Leader - Hudson Ford

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a seasoned sales team to exceed monthly and annual performance goals
- Desk deals efficiently and profitably, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage new car inventory, including ordering, allocation, and aging strategies
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and strategies
- Analyze KPIs and coach team members for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with F&I and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Champion a customer-first culture that drives satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to dealership standards
