Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a seasoned sales team to exceed monthly and annual performance goals
Desk deals efficiently and profitably, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage new car inventory, including ordering, allocation, and aging strategies
Develop and implement scalable sales processes and strategies
Analyze KPIs and coach team members for continuous improvement
Collaborate with F&I and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Champion a customer-first culture that drives satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to dealership standards

Proven success in automotive sales leadership
Strong desking and deal-structuring skills
Experience managing inventory and working with OEM programs
Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management abilities
Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital retailing tools
