Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

Guide service department customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', schedule appointments, greet customers, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more!

Keep customers informed of changes, ensure customer's concerns were addressed

Develop a deep understanding of our service offerings, including technical aspects, benefits, and value propositions.

Stay current with industry trends, changes, and advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department

Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service appointments.

Generate regular reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and service trends to inform decision-makers

Meet sales goals and maintain a high CSI
Requirements:
