We are a Suffolk County New Car Dealership looking for an experienced Automotive F & I Manager to join our team of skilled professionals! We are looking for someone with high character with the desire and commitment necessary to become an exceptional F & I Manager. Previous Automotive F & I Manager experience is required! NO SALES OR DESK MANAGERS! We are offering a generous compensation plan that includes an AGGRESSIVE bonus structure.

We have a great Sales Department in place…we just need to add an additional F & I Person to the team.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee day to day F & I opportunities and all aspects of the Department.

· Create goals and objectives for the department

· Provide training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel.

· Encourage staff to keep their skills up-to-date through technical training on new systems and components offered by manufacturers

· Stay current on manufacturer procedures and serve as a liaison with the factory representatives.

· Maintain high CSI rating by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
