Duties

Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options to meet customer needs.
Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing terms confidently to close deals that benefit both the customer and dealership.
Maintain accurate inventory management records and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone etiquette, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.

Experience

Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales strategies.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, and managing a robust sales pipeline.
Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and closing high-end vehicle deals with confidence.
Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and inventory control.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Knowledge of automotive inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
